A strong community needs more than a place to worship. It needs a place where people can connect, learn, play, exercise, and grow together.
That is the vision of Al-Madinah Community Center (AMCC)—a welcoming “third space” for Toledo’s Muslim community, beyond home, school, and work.
AMCC brings together faith, family, education, recreation, and community under one roof. Our gym, swimming pool, educational programs, youth activities, fitness classes, family events, and social programs create opportunities for people of all ages to build meaningful relationships.
For our children, AMCC provides a safe environment to learn, play, develop friendships, and build confidence.
For our youth and young adults, it provides positive connections, mentorship, leadership opportunities, and a place where they can feel that they truly belong.
For families, AMCC creates opportunities to spend quality time together and build relationships with other families.
And for the entire community, AMCC provides a place to learn, serve, socialize, and strengthen our bonds as an Ummah.
The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم emphasized the importance of strong bonds and community. AMCC seeks to bring
that spirit into modern community life by creating a place where people don't simply attend programs—they belong.
